I have been in the industry for 7 years now, starting off as a fitness coach I went on to be a group exercise instructor teaching classes like circuits, spinning, GRIT and legs, bum and tums. I love the buzz of a class but decided that I could help people more by doing 1-1 coaching. I have been a Personal Trainer for 3 years now (and Anita's personal trainer for over two years) and I love it. I have been given the opportunity to work with so many people from ages 8 to 78!

I have probably spent over 1000 hours on 7cups helping people. Someone opening up their worst mental torments and then being able to offer someone support when they really need it, is an honor I don't take lightly.
