I'm Bobby, I'm a BACP accredited person centred psychotherapist technically, but really I am more of a counsellor there to help you figure out a few things, support you, offer empathy and understanding. Help you solve your problems.  

In my spare time I enjoy playing poker and reading quite a bit. I keep fit on my punchbag as a great stress reliever, but I've always enjoyed it as a way of exercising.

I practice mindfulness everyday both in meditation form and in the form of things like mindful walking and eating. I have been away on mindfulness retreats for a week or 2 at a time and loved every minute of it. I have some training and have a lot of knowledge on the practice and art of mindfulness. 

I have worked at a drugs and alcohol rehab place before with clients who have had addictions or who have suffered from depression and other problems related to the problems of addiction. I volunteer on a website called 7cups a lot which is a place where people who need someone to talk to about whatever emotional or mental health problems they are having, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues anything really. I have probably done over 1000 hours on there helping people as and where I can.
