Online training is ideal for people with busier schedules or those that are confident training alone but in need of a guide to structure their training and nutrition. I will do posture assessments based on the photos sent over to develop a training plan individual to you. Check ins will be once a week.
£90 per month.
1-1 Training at Pure Gym with Krz
Initial session includes a free 45 minute consultation. For one session a week its £27.99 for one session per week, with discounts for more than on session a week
Krz uses the app Strong to structure your workout, monitor your progress and show you your progression and personal bests.
1-1 Training at Total Fitness Preston
Total Fitness is the largest gym in Preston with some of the best facilities. I work from here due to how varied I can make the sessions in this gym. I will assess your posture and your movement patterns to develop a training program which is individualised to you as an individual. You will get goal setting support, nutrition coaching and monthly review sessions to ensure you are on track with your goals. You must be a member of Total Fitness for this package
£35 per session.
Home Visits/ Outdoor training/ video sessions
This service means that you aren’t tied into a gym contract but you don’t have access to the same amount of equipment. Krz will travel within the Greater Preston area.

Amy £30 per session
All Amys clients will have access to My PT Hub which is an exclusive app where you can see all your training plans in one place. The app includes demonstration videos showing you how to perform exercises correctly in your own time. You can log sessions which will sent me a notification when you have completed a workout. Meaning that you have full accountability.
If 1-1 training sounds good to you want to spend less then you can train with a buddy who has similar goals. Buddy training is for groups of 2-4 people so that you still have the personalised touch individual to that group.
